Afference (consciousness) and Efference (matter) are always one.
The only thing in the way of us experiencing this are inhibitory patterns of thought, which, gathering karmicly at pre-conception and becoming physical at conception, manifest compulsively, Afferently or Efferently.
Afference (consciousness) and Efference (matter) are always one, not inert but a creative dynamic, Afference creating Efference. It is this attitude of mind that we bring to the spinal reflexes on the hands, head and feet/spine.
The creative value of Afference and Efference emerging entirely as one through the spinal reflex structure releases inherited stress between the two.
From the top of toe, thumb, spine or forehead trace a line along. Feet for going, hands for doing and head for thinking.
